Company History. Founded in 2000, ClearWater Engineering began by servicing floating fountains, but soon expanded to include aerators and automated pumping systems in response to customer demand for a single-source aquatic and irrigation pump and motor service company.  We proudly service over 700 corporate clients in the Southwest including: builders, homeowner community associations, world class resorts and golf clubs, school districts, water parks, municipal, commercial and residential properties.
